Any illness for which your primary care cannot see you, including...Sports physicals, DOT physicals, employment physicals, minor injuries, x-rays, onsite labs, immunizations and vaccinations, respiratory, digestive system and urogenital problems, minor burns, sprains & strains, coughs, colds, and sore throats, ear infections, allergic reactions, fever and flu like symptoms, rash or other skin irritations.

If you have not chosen a PCP, or are looking to change primary care providers, our facility is happy to serve that need as well. We offer appointments for primary care patients M-F from 9-5. You must call ahead to verify that we accept your insurance (most insurances accepted including, MAMSI, Carefirst, Cigna, Blue Cross and many, many more). Then schedule your first visit to become established with Dr. Andrea Andrews, Dr. Sarah John, or Jill deCastro, Family Nurse Practitioner. We can serve your whole families needs from ages 2 and up! We are on Electronic Medical Records so your prescriptions will be sent while you are in the exam room...no more dropping it off and waiting for it to be filled.
