Loudoun Medical Group (LMG) operates the largest multi-specialty health care group in Northern Virginia. On August 2, 2005, opened their first Immediate Care Center on Route 7 in Sterling, VA in Suite 107 of the Sterling Medical Office Park.

We are proud to create an immediate care facility made up solely of physicians of Loudoun Medical Group. As one of the fastest growing counties in the U.S., there has been a growing demand for healthcare services. We are excited to play a role in that effort and offer Northern Virginia residents an alternative to traditional urgent care centers and emergency room environments.

Loudoun Medical Group’s Immediate Care Center has access to modern medical technology and up-to-date medical records – especially for patients of one of the 40 LMG practices – through our electronic medical record system. The Immediate Care Center provides full-scope care for non-life threatening illness and injuries ranging from cold/flu symptoms and allergies to muscle aches, fractures, cuts and bruises, as well as sports and school physicals. The Immediate Care Center is equipped with on-site X-ray and provides most lab services enabling patients both piece of mind and expedient healing.

In March 2007, the Loudoun Medical Group Immediate Care Center merged with another practice to create LMG Primary Care providing you with both Primary and Immediate Care services. The goal is to provide a continuum of quality care between providers and patients, day or night.

Our state-of-the-art facilities at LMG Primary & Immediate Care Center include an entertaining children's area, and a flat screen TV in the adult area.
