Jeffrey MartinDr. Jeffrey Martin
Board Certified Family Physician

Dr. Martin is a board-certified family medicine doctor. He grew up in Annandale, Virginia where he attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. He received a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Virginia, and he completed medical school at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Martin did his residency at the University of Virginia Family Medicine Program. Following residency, he worked as a volunteer doctor in Nepal for one year at a rural mission hospital. After Nepal, Dr. Martin moved back to Charlottesville, Virginia where he worked at First Med Urgent Care Center and as the Medical Director for the Albemarle Charlottesville Regional Jail. During his time in Charlottesville, he also completed a Faculty Development Fellowship at the University of Virginia Family Medicine Program. Dr. Martin joined LMG as Lead Physician of the Primary and Immediate Care Center in July 2008.


Ralph LeonDr. Ralph Leon
Board Certified Family Physician

Dr. Ralph Leon has joined the Loudoun Medical Group Primary & Immediate Care Center!  A Board-Certified Family Medicine physician, Dr. Leon has practiced in the Loudoun community with Loudoun Medical Group for 9 years, most recently with Sterling Family Practice.  Upon earning his medical degree at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Dr. Leon completed his Family Medicine residency at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore.  Dr. Leon, who previously practiced in Florida for over 10 years before moving to Virginia, is fluent in Spanish and maintains a professional interest in natural family planning.  We welcome Dr. Leon to our team, and he looks forward to serving you.



Judith GrecoDr. Judith Greco
Board Certified Doctor of Internal Medicine

Dr. Greco is a board certified physician in Internal Medicine. She attended the University of Virginia for her undergraduate education where she majored in Chemistry. Following undergraduate school, she attended and received her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. Dr. Greco completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Having grown up and maintained family in Virginia Beach she returned home to the state of Virginia. She has since practiced in the Loudoun community with Loudoun Medical Group. After practicing as a part time physician for the last 20 years, Dr. Greco will continue in this capacity at LMG Primary and Immediate Care which affords her the opportunity to enjoy both of her greatest passions, her family and practicing medicine.


Clorissa FischettisClorissa Fischettis
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Clorissa Fischetti received her first Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from San Jose State University in 1995. She left that field of work to pursue her heart’s desire of becoming a nurse. She started in the operating room as a materials manager and scrub tech. Clorissa’s love of medicine grew and she knew this was the career she wanted for the rest of her life. She enrolled in the accelerated nursing program at Marymount University, graduating Cum Laude in 2010. Upon graduating she continued to work in the operating room and was trained as a DiVinci Robotic Assistance and loved it. A group of LMG surgeons encouraged Clorissa to go back to school to further pursue education as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Given her love for patients and medicine she went back to Marymount University and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2013. She was also awarded the Malek SHP Academic Excellence Award.


Erin CollierErin Collier
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Erin Collier, RN, MSN, FNP-BC, functions as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the LMG Primary & Immediate Care Center.  In this role, she is responsible for acute, chronic, and preventive care measures for a diverse patient population, from infants through the elderly.  She functions both in the primary care setting, as well as the urgent care services provided by the clinic.  Ms. Collier received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas in 2004 before refining her career goals to nursing and receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University in Chicago in 2006 and a Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University in 2009.  She has been credentialed as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) since 2010 and joined the LMG Primary & Immediate Care Center in 2013.


Laurel BlymerLaurel Blymer
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Laurel Blymyer graduated from James Madison University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In 2003 she was commissioned into the U.S. Navy Nurse Corps and served four years active duty at the former National Naval Medical Center. After this she spent some time overseas volunteering in Nepal and Uganda. Subsequently Laurel worked in a variety of hospital settings as a registered nurse before graduating with honors in 2010 from Marymount University with a Master of Science in Nursing and a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner Certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is licensed by the Board of Nursing to practice in Virginia. Laurel joined our practice in August, 2017. She looks forward to establishing new primary care relationships with the community and serving patients of all ages with acute care issues through our immediate care center.


Rhonda MartinDr. Rhonda Martin
Board Certified Family Medicine Physician

Dr. Rhonda Martin is a board-certified family medicine physician. After growing up in Fairfax County, she attended the University of Virginia for her undergraduate education and majored in biochemistry. She graduated from medical school at the Medical College of Virginia and then completed a residency in family medicine at Chesterfield Family Practice in Richmond, Virginia. Following residency she worked in various positions, including as an urgent care doctor at First Med in Charlottesville, as a staff physician with United Mission to Nepal, and as international medical advisor for Interserve USA. She also served as a volunteer doctor for the Loudoun Free Clinic. Dr. Rhonda Martin joined LMG’s Primary and Immediate Care Center in 2017. In addition to practicing medicine, she enjoys coaching field hockey.
